Do we need separate errseq_t's for this? Why not just record these
errors in the standard inode->i_mapping->wb_err field and use the normal
file_write_and_wait_range to report them?

Since you're reporting them at fsync time like you would any writeback
error, adding an extra set of errseq_t's for metadata errors doesn't
seem to add anything over using what's already there.
