Re: ceph-qa-suite tests are very OS-limited

Doesn't appear to in verify, upgrade, multiclient, or bugs (wtf is
that?) either. Maybe they specify distros elsewhere but I'm not seeing
it for most of them.

Apologies folks if I got something wrong here, it was just a quick
grep for os_type and spot checks for the distro folders in several
places when the OSes we test got brought up in conversation and I
thought I'd better ping about it. :)
