From reading the installation instructions on
https://www.redmine.org/plugins/redmineup_tags, seems as if this plugin
needs to be installed from the command line by running the following
commands:

Unarchive plugin to folder redmine/plugins
run bundle exec rake redmine:plugins NAME=redmineup_tags
RAILS_ENV=production

I'd be grateful if somebody could perform these steps for me. Thanks!
