I've gone ahead and pushed the branch here:

    https://github.com/ceph/nfs-ganesha/tree/V2.7-ceph

Most of the patches in there are Ceph-specific, but there are a few
that are not. I expect Dan will pick up some subset of these patches
for the next V2.7-stable release, but likely not all of them.
