I now added a new custom field "Pull request ID" that just contains the PR number which will be converted into a clickable link (https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/%value%) Next up: having a script on github that parses PR submissions for the "Fixes: <URL>" line and then adds the PR ID and changes the issue status to "Need Review" automatically.
