Luminous v12.2.10 is ready for QE (the reverts recently mentioned by
Neha having been merged), SHA1 is 8157642b94a60dbfc3c88529a543a094d45d2b5e.
Also, please note that I have raised the number of reviewers for
luminous PRs from 1 to 6 in the hopes of preventing any further merges
to luminous (merges during the QE are undesirable because they "move the
target", so to speak). As soon as v12.2.10 is tagged and announced we
can reduce it back down to 1.
