Performance meeting today!

Hi Folks,


Greg reminded me that I've bee very lax about sending out reminders, so here's your reminder!  The community perf meeting is today at 8:00am pacific (ie in 40 minutes!).  Casey has volunteered to talk about bufferlists and what they replaced them with in the seastar world.  That will hopefully lead to a discussion of data types (std::list vs small_vector), memory fragmentation, cpu overhead, and more (or not, we'll see!)
