Please change the CC-BY-SA 1.0 license

Hi,

In most places[1][2][3[4]], it just says the Ceph documents are
licensed under "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA)",
but it's not explicit which version of CC-BY-SA, 1.0 or 3.0/4.0.

In ceph.spec.in[5], it says Ceph is licensed under "
LGPL-2.1 and CC-BY-SA-1.0 and GPL-2.0 and BSL-1.0 and BSD-3-Clause and MIT
"
So, I assume the CC-BY-SA 1.0 is applied to the documents? or there's
other parts of code licensed under CC-BY-SA 1.0?

If some of documents(especially the manpages) are CC-BY-SA 1.0, here I
kindly ask you to change it to CC-BY-SA 3.0 or other DSFG-free[6]
license.

For CC-BY-SA 1.0, it's not DFSG free. Reason is at
https://wiki.debian.org/DFSGLicenses#Creative_Commons_Attribution-Share_Alike_Generic_.28CC-BY-SA.29.2C_v1.0

To the specific problem, when packaging Ceph in Debian, if the
documents(including manpages) are licensed under CC-BY-SA 1.0, then it
can't be packaged in main[7] archive. Though it still can be in
non-free archive, which is not considered as part of Debian
distribution.

Thanks!
