Hi,

It looks like radosgw is trying to operate on a pool that doesn't exist yet, and its attempt to create the pool is failing with the ERANGE error. There was a recent discussion about this on the [ceph-users] list: https://www.spinics.net/lists/ceph-users/msg41924.html, with some extra details in the bug report: http://tracker.ceph.com/issues/22351. They appear to be centered around the configuration of pg num, pgp num and mon_max_pg_per_osd.
