Do you have a link to the master PR/issue so that we can backport?

Apparently I was wrong and Casey corrected me, Vasu made changes in
s3a-hadoop tests and they require ovh to run.

Vasu, is it mandatory?  Can we use *any* machine?  I'd prefer we have
no call for specific nodes in tests.
