mds rmfailed <who> {<confirm>}
mds repaired <rank>
I thought the <who> was the id since the next line said <rank>, so I
concluded <who> != <rank>
It is my understanding that this is more correct:
mds rmfailed <rank> {<confirm>}
mds repaired <rank>
