As of 578b0f7 Merge pull request #13617 from liewegas/wip-mgr-commands merged today, all teuthology jobs that use a ceph command (pretty much all teuthology jobs) need to include mgr daemons, because some of the key ceph commands now are handled by that daemon. If you have custom job yaml, you will need to add one or more mgr daemons to the roles lists. See 271a758 for how this was handled in qa/suites. -- Dan Mick Red Hat, Inc.
