I would prefer that these not be re-written because:
* It creates unnecessary diffs between upstream docs and vendor docs

* It decreases googleability (or at least forces the search engine to
work harder to unify the two spellings)
It's a bit different to Filesystem vs. File System, because that was
an existing term where different people use different forms, whereas
these are our own terms. To me, writing Blue Store instead of
BlueStore feels a bit like writing Mac Book instead of MacBook.
Regarding Object Store: it depends on the context and whether you're
talking about a generic Object Store (like RGW/S3) or whether you're
talking about the internal Ceph component (which I would always call
ObjectStore). I store my S3 objects in an object store, but I
configure my OSD to use ObjectStore.

Thank you very much for this explanation. This is exactly what we've been
looking for and why we reached out to the wider community.
Has anyone else different preference? If not we will use FileStore,
BlueStore and ObjectStore and I'll update the Ceph conventions accordingly.
I think maybe you and John are referring to different things by
"Object Store" and "ObjectStore" in the examples you both gave. There
is an ObjectStore for backing the OSD the same way we have BlueStore
and FileStore, but it's not supported and I don't think should ever be
mentioned in downstream pages. There's also the Red Hat Ceph Storage
Object Store (or whatever we call RGW in product terms) and that is
always two words, as John said. :)
