Upgrading from 10.0.5(2 weeks ago from 0.94.5 to 10.0.5, all looks
good)  to 10.1.0 , getting error on apt-get upgrade ceph, seems like
the cephfs-journal-tool conflict in "should be removed" 0.94.5 and
10.1.0
