[PATCH] libceph: kfree() in put_osd() shouldn't depend on authorizer

a255651d4cad ("ceph: ensure auth ops are defined before use") made
kfree() in put_osd() conditional on the authorizer.  A mechanical
mistake most likely - fix it.
