Looks like you don't have the module installed.

Can you check your kernel config have:
CONFIG_CEPH_FS=m

You can check on debian/ubuntu with:
cat /boot/config-`uname -r` | grep CONFIG_CEPH_FS

Which distro/kernel are you using?
