I honestly can't tell from this email if you're still having trouble.
If http://ceph.newdream.net/docs/latest/ops/manage/grow/mon/ on a
fresh install doesn't help you along, please show exactly what
commands you ran, what output you got, and what you expected to see
instead. We want to help, but need specifics to be able to do that.
