403's yet on repodata and some other important bits... not all the
mirrors updated yet either (eg http://mirror.centos.org/centos-5/)

Looking at the forums this weekend seems a possibility... but I think
the real answer is "when it is released" as it were... and no Centos
5.5 isn't out yet.
