Indeed yum install tcpdump

man tcpdump will give you lots of documentation after you install it

To get you started...

sudo tcpdump -w networkdump.pcap

scp networkdump.pcap <user>@<yoursystem>:

open networkdump.pcap in your wireshark on your box

???
