Just do
rpm -qa 'python-celementtree*'
> [root@tusker ~]# rpm -e ./python-celementtree-1.0.5-1.2.el5.rf.i386.rpm
Wrong syntax for 'rpm -e'. You don't specify the rpm file, you specify
the package. If you don't _need_ celementtree (or can live without
it temporarily)
rpm -e python-celementtree
