Ahhh I've had a similar problem before.  Turns out I had multiple
versions of a package installed.  Try

	rpm -qa | grep gmime

Perhaps you have both the i386 and x86_64 versions installed at the same
time.  You may have to do something like

        rpm -e gmime-sharp-2.2.10-5.el5.centos.i386

(or what ever package is conflicting)

to get yum back to a sane state.
