Why don't you let yum handle this?

# yum whatprovides libstdc++.so.5
[..]
compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-61.i386 : Compatibility standard C++ libraries
Repo        : base
Matched from:
Other       : libstdc++.so.5

so a quick 'yum install kerio-kms-6.7.3-7892.linux.i386.rpm' should do
the trick.

hth, Chris
