Repodata for 5.4 updates?

I'm seeing the updates for 5.4 roll out (per Karanbir's tweet on October 
26), but there haven't been any updates to the repodata, thus, yum isn't 
seeing the updates.

Is this on purpose?

Maybe I've just not noticed this before, if this is standard update 
roll-out procedure.
