For now, I'm running two C5.3 x86_64 with it without any problem
(unless you consider that being faster that ext3 is one;).

box1
/dev/sdb1              14T  7,3T  6,2T  54% /data
/dev/sdb1 on /data type ext4dev (rw)

box2
/dev/sdb1              14T   11T  2,7T  81% /data
/dev/sdb1 on /data type ext4dev (rw)
