Hello,
It's here in my repo
http://www.tlviewer.org/centos/5/x86_64/
but built on C5.2. I don't have a buildroot on C5.3, yet.
It has a depends on rrdtool and its perl and python hooks. The build passed a test install on both a C5.2 and C5.3.
To get the rrdtool packages, you need rpmforge.
