Same result.

The p4-clockmod is not in
/lib/modules/2.6.29.3/kernel/arch/x86/kernel/cpu/cpufreq/.

But I tried the acpi-cpufreq.ko and got the same result.

# modprobe acpi-cpufreq

No such device
