Chloe K,
  I don`t really understand your question as per setting name server
option in DHCP but lets see:-

are you trying to put a domain name  like option domain-name
"chloe.k"; or putting the domain-name-servers "x.x.x.x"; ?
You will still have to change the option domain-name-servers "x.x.x.x"
when you change an ISP anyways.

Please just be specific.
