I just donwload file package, and installed by hand, without problem:

yumdownloader file.x86_64
rpm -Uvh file-4.17-15.el5_3.1.x86_64.rpm
rm file-4.17-15.el5_3.1.x86_64.rpm

Of course I use x86-64 :)
