I tried with yum install
[root@linux10 ~]# yum install wine*

There are wine RPMs at
http://apt.sw.be/redhat/el5/en/i386/rpmforge/RPMS/ -- but for some
reason "yum list wine" is not finding it on the CentOS5 system to
which I have access, even though rpmforge.repo is enabled.  Curious.
