I'm using Cents 5 on an Intel atom D945GCLF MB which has the same networkcard and it's working fine :
- with Centos 5.0, 5.1, 5.2 : you've to erase the R8169 kernel module andmanually install realtek drivers (http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=7&PFid=7&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false#2)
- with upcoming Centos 5.3 : nothing to do, the driver is included in thekernel ( 2.6.18-128.1.1.el5 )
