Hi,
it seems to me to misconfiguration problem.

In the first email you wrote:
>     WARNING: Clamd was NOT notified: Can't connect to clamd through
> /tmp/clamd.socket

The second one reads:
> LocalSocket /var/clamav/clamd.socket
