Best Power made the excellent midsized FerrUPS units 10+ years ago.  
washing machine sized 7kva kinda stuff.  built like a tank, very 
serviceable.

Eaton also acquired Sola, and AFAIK, PowerWare was built from a merge of 
Best Power and Sola.
