It does not fix any problems in the underlying rpm database. Deleting the __db files will usually clean up after improperly closed rpm sessions. You usually have to follow the deletion with "rpm --updatedb" for it to do anything. -- MailScanner is like deodorant... You hope everybody uses it, and you notice quickly if they don't!!!!
