Cert generation:
openssl req -x509 -nodes -days 365 -newkey rsa:1024 -keyout \

This configuration as is will work with Dreamweaver 8 and Visual Studio as
tested. Now for Filezilla and the other FTP Utilities I can not account for.
It does chroot the user to his/her home directory.
