Is it installed in /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/ ?

# ll /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/

If not, try recreating the symlink:

# cd /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
# ln -s /usr/lib/flash-plugin/libflashplayer.so .
