You can send it to another machines syslogd with netconsole. Checkout

initscripts               /etc/rc.d/init.d/netconsole
initscripts               /etc/sysconfig/netconsole

kernel-doc                /usr/share/doc/kernel-doc-2.6.18/Documentation/networking/netconsole.txt
