There are a great CRM system named as VTiger (www.vtiger.org). Do you know it?
Could I also recomend it to you?
This is a great system I tink and there are a demo witch on you could taste and also has a blog where you could read the developers news.

I have had a customer with a CentOS 4 and Sugar CRM 4.0 which has been
upgraded
to a 4.5.X that has been running very well on minimal hardware for almost 2
years.
