It's a normal eth device without a corresponding ifcfg-ethX config...for example, if you have 4 nics and delete the automatically created ifcfg-eth2 and ifcfg-eth3, when you reboot, you'll likely see this sort of thing.

Have tried to find, but not succes, what and why is that. Everything seems to
work ok, after ifconfig it down.
So anyone, any hint?
