ld-linux segfault

Any one seen ld-linux segfault?
I just noticed this in the log file today.

eth0: link down.
eth0: link up.

Any thoughts? I am using straight centos 5.1, this is a gigabyte motherboard amd x2.

The machine continues to run... says its been up for 42 days.
