In short: They are not allowed to distribute Java-1.4.2 and the same probably goes for xml-commons-jaxp-1.3-apis. They have src.rpms for that, which do *not* contain the sources to these programs. You have to download that stuff from Sun (or whereever it lives, the URL is given in the SPEC file of their nosrc.rpm) and then rebuild the rpm.
