Lots of extra repos listed here:
http://wiki.centos.org/Repositories

If what you want isn't there, look for fedora source files (SRPMS) and rebuild:
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/

Or create a package (if required) from source tarballs.
