Centos 5.1 ext3 filesystem limit

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Centos 5.1 documentation states that the supported ext3 filesystem limit is 16TB, yet I have a 9.5TB partition that is claimed to be too large:

mke2fs 1.39 (29-May-2006)
mke2fs: Filesystem too large. No more than 2**31-1 blocks
(8TB using a blocksize of 4k) are currently supported.

Am I missing something?
