I've just been trying to do a "yum update" on a Centos 4.6 system, and one of the packages it wants to upgrade is heartbeat-ldirectord from 2.1.2-3 to 2.1.3-2 However, the newer version has dependency problems that can't be resolved: [root@miton2 ~]# yum update Loading "fastestmirror" plugin Loading "protectbase" plugin Setting up Update Process Setting up repositories Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile Reading repository metadata in from local files 0 packages excluded due to repository protections Resolving Dependencies --> Populating transaction set with selected packages. Is this a bug in upstream too? How to fix?
