Yep. And telnetting to port 25 gives a connection. Looks OK now:

 telnet mail.pttropical.co.id 25
Trying 203.130.193.106...
Connected to mail.pttropical.co.id (203.130.193.106).
Escape character is '^]'.
QUIT
Connection closed by foreign host.
