No it does not.
It prompts me for media, even if I preload the disk before start k3b.
If I 'force' I get a failure and this is the details (I see a message in

Note that this is a USB device.
I had an old drive like that that I had to retire as it wouldn't
accept any newer disks. I saw mention of XP systems. Do those disks
work in that drive running under windows?
The drive was used on a Win2000 system. disks it burned have been used in:
Win98
Win2000
XP
many Linux variants
CD audio and video players
So the disk it made were not at issue.
Though perhaps only Win2000 systems can handle this? hmm should go put
it on the DSL system. DSL has stayed with the 2.4 kernel to keep old
hardware running. Or so Roberts states...
