Not on the colocated host I'm connecting from. "telnet torrent.centos.org
6969" fails as well:

iptables is "off" (ie. empty rule lists and ACCEPT on all tables) so any
firewalling must be outside my host.
I also get "Connection refused" from my system on Speakeasy.
