I'm going to assume you are using "tail -f" to watch a log file, since
you have provided no more information about what you are seeing.  In
this case, all you need to do is stop the tail (with Ctrl-C), then
start it again.  Your log file probably got rotated over the weekend.

Also, please read some basic Linux documentation, such as
http://tldp.org/LDP/intro-linux/html/ and also please check Google
before posting messages to the mailing list.  You have been asking
basic questions which can be easily found on Google, and you do not
appear to have done any prior research on your own to try to answer
your questions.  Most people don't have a problem giving help, but you
must try to help yourself first.
