yum remove totem
That removed Rhythmbox too, as a dependency.
yum install mplayerplug-in
Download this:
ftp://ftp4.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/codecs/essential-20071007.tar.bz2
Put the contents into /usr/local/lib/win32
Restart firefox
