You can suppress messages by adding regexp patterns to
/etc/logwatch/conf/ignore.conf. For example:

###### REGULAR EXPRESSIONS IN THIS FILE WILL BE TRIMMED FROM REPORT OUTPUT
#####
# regexp to drop RBL reject messages from maillog processing
NOQUEUE: reject:
# regexp to drop 250 (accepted) messages
250 Message accepted

That should quieten things down a bit.
