Can anybody tell me, how to fix these two problems?

I have no problem with pam_mkhomedir on my CentOS 5 installation:

Thank you. Actually there no problem using pam_mkhomedir. RedHat says something different (http://www.redhat.com/magazine/024oct06/features/tips_tricks/) but it still works. Maybe selinux was the problem in my first test.
